About

We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our SFCC development team. You'll be embedded as a true partner — not just a tester — owning quality across our web experiences and tooling as we scale across 14 countries and counting.

What you'll do

- Drive end-to-end quality assurance across our DTC commerce experience
- Partner closely with engineering and product owners throughout the SDLC
- Review Figma designs against development to catch visual and functional discrepancies
- Contribute to automated testing approaches and tooling improvements

What we're looking for

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum — you know how to operate in a fast-moving sprint cadence
- Comfort reviewing Figma files for design-to-implementation accuracy




- Ecommerce domain knowledge (PDPs, cart, checkout, promotions, search)
- Automation-forward mindset — curious about how various tools can accelerate workflows and increase quality
- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally without heavy hand-holding
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve
- Mobile-first testing mindset with experience across iOS and Android devices to ensure consistent cross-platform quality

Bonus points

- Expertise in SFCC Business Manager
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to utilize screen readers
