Key Responsibilities

- Drive the execution of business development strategies and sales initiatives to achieve growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop account growth strategies.
- Represent Evonik at customer meetings, industry events, and trade associations.
- Deliver customized product and service solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer developments to identify growth opportunities.




- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or related commercial roles.
- Experience leading projects, initiatives, or teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in chemicals, specialty chemicals, industrial solutions, or related industries is highly valued.
