- method & practice agility: leverages agile method elements in approach practices by preparing user stories, defining, selecting, and deselecting product features to deliver product vision outcomes
- pricing / quoting for lcl customers ( spots , tenders, small bcos)
- vendor management / create performance management routines, create buying strategies, improve gp margins for services quoted locally
- maintain local rates updated in global rate cards, maersk.com gtm
- participate in ad hoc projects within the delivery/ cx department that may result in a reduction of operational costs or performance improvement.
