our client is a fast-growing premium liquor brand expanding its general presence. They are looking for an operations manager to oversee supply chain, procurement, logistics, and sustainability across mexico.

about you

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.
- experience in liquor, alcohol beverages, fmcg, or a similar industry.
- strong supplier management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- experience with packaging and dry goods procurement.
- commercially minded, organized, and confident working independently.
- strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- fluent in english and spanish.

what you'll do

- manage procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics across mexico.
- oversee suppliers, 3pl partners, freight, and warehousing.
- negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- ensure products and materials move efficiently between production sites and markets.
- track costs, inventory, and supply chain performance.
- support the brand's sustainability initiatives.
- partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.
