About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven, curious, and execution-focused Paid Social Specialist to act as a core buyer across a portfolio of 4 to 5 accounts. Operating within a tightly synced media pod,



you will report to the Associate Directors of Performance and take direct ownership of the day-to-day media operations, implementation, and tactical execution of high-budget paid social campaigns.
This role is a net-new addition designed to absorb active account operations, freeing up senior directors to focus on high-level architecture. It is idóneo for an agile, growth-minded professional who thrives on turning multi-industry data into platform wins without needing to be siloed into a single vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on efficient customer acquisition and conversion.
- Own day-to-day management of high-budget campaigns ($80K+ monthly spend), including prospecting, retargeting, and Advantage+/Smart+ initiatives.
