We are seeking an experienced Principal (Senior) Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure environments.

In this role, you will lead the implementation of cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation frameworks, and DevOps best practices. You will work closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, Product, Engineering, Data, QA, and Architecture teams to deliver reliable cloud platforms that support critical business applications and services.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, establish engineering standards, mentor junior engineers, and drive cloud modernization initiatives. This position requires strong expertise in cloud architecture, automation, security, infrastructure operations, and enterprise-scale deployments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) modules and frameworks.




- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud environments.
- Implement security best practices including IAM, VPC, encryption, and audit logging.
- Maintain disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability solutions.
- Support incident management and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with general engineering and technology teams.
- Develop technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across cloud initiatives.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
