we are looking for a heating air conditioning design engineer , specializing in hvac systems, with hands-on experience in the u.s. construction sector. this role calls for a professional comfortable with remote collaboration, offering their expertise in hvac design and drafting, with proficiency in 3d modeling and design software.

important: advanced proficiency in spoken english is a requirement.

a portfolio showcasing previous projects, along with a voice note, will be requested during our screening process.

technical knowledge & skills required:

- read and interpret hvac design drawings and schematics.
- 2 or more years of experience working with hvac design.
- draft and calculate detailed plans for plumbing or hvac systems according to project specifications.
- develop 3d models of hvac systems using industry-standard software.
- manage client-provided formats and project deliverables.
- understand and apply codes and standards relevant to hvac design in the u.s. market.

soft skills required:

- fluent in spoken english (mandatory).




- proficient in hvac system design and drafting, with an emphasis on plumbing and hvac systems.
- skilled in thermal load calculation software (hap 4.9 or superior / trace 700 or designbuilder)
- proficient in vrf software from any manufacturer.
- experience working with navisworks for project coordination.
- proficient in autocad and rev
- skilled in autocad, revit and relevant 3d hvac design software (mandatory).
- knowledge of bim modeling techniques and software.
- familiarity with u.s. building codes and standards for hvac engineering.
