we're looking for a senior java backend engineer with a strong consultant mindset , someone who goes beyond tickets and requirements to truly understand business objectives and transform them into scalable technical solutions.

this is an opportunity to work on a robust, well-architected platform that powers nationwide logistics, real-time inventory synchronization with more than 10 million updates daily , and complex order routing processes. You'll collaborate directly with department leaders, the tech lead, and the cto, influencing both technical decisions and business outcomes.

- leverage modern ai tools to accelerate software development.
- review, refine, and integrate ai-generated code into a complex microservices ecosystem.
- apply engineering expertise to ensure maintainability, security, and performance.

own critical business domains

- design and maintain systems supporting nationwide logistics operations.
- manage real-time inventory synchronization processes handling millions of daily transactions.
- develop solutions for sophisticated order routing and fulfillment workflows.

deliver across multiple platforms

- contribute to solutions that support web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- partner with cross-functional teams to create impactful features that drive business results.

key responsibilities

- design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and apis.
- build and support rest, soap, graphql, and grpc services.
- create and optimize database structures and complex sql queries.
- ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.




- integrate external services such as payment gateways, messaging systems, and shipping providers.
- conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
- implement security best practices and protect systems against common vulnerabilities.
- troubleshoot production incidents and provide long-term solutions.
- create technical documentation and maintain engineering standards.
- collaborate with product, qa, frontend, and business stakeholders.

what we're looking for

- 100% fluent english speaking
- 4+ years of professional java development experience.
- strong expertise in java, oop principles, and software design patterns.
- solid experience with spring framework.
- experience with orm frameworks such as hibernate.
- strong knowledge of mysql and relational database design.
- experience building and consuming rest, soap, graphql, and grpc services.
- knowledge of html, css, javascript, and jquery.
- experience using git and modern development workflows.
- familiarity with aws cloud services.
- experience working in agile environments (scrum/kanban).
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.

nice to have

- experience with sap commerce (hybris).
- knowledge of sap commerce architecture, customization, and implementation practices.
- experience with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, or high-volume data pipelines.
- experience developing solutions across multiple platforms including web and mobile.
- background in e-commerce, logistics, inventory management, or order fulfillment systems.
