responsibilities:

- post job openings on various platforms and manage the selection process.
- conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- evaluate and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- maintain a candidate database and manage communication with candidates.
- collaborate with the hr team to improve recruitment processes.

required skills:

- excellent level of english, both written and spoken.
- at least one year of experience in similar positions.
- exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- knowledge of recruitment tools and candidate management systems.
