family office accountant

we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical family office accountant to join a dynamic international operation focused on financial administration, reporting, and multi-entity accounting management.

this role is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting of multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. The position works closely with finance, treasury, operations, and u.s.-based teams.

key responsibilities

- manage monthly accounting operations for multiple international entities.
- prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, fixed assets, and depreciation.
- coordinate intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- support external audits and ensure timely delivery of financial and fiscal information.
- review accounting records and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- maintain communication with u.s.-based administrative teams and external stakeholders.




- prepare monthly financial reports and supporting working papers for management presentations.

requirements

- bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- intermediate to advanced english proficiency.
- strong knowledge of general accounting and financial analysis.
- experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- advanced excel and quickbooks skills.
- strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- ability to manage multiple entities and priorities simultaneously.
- experience supporting external audits is a plus.
