we're hiring an experienced legal assistant to support us law firms.

what you'll be doing:

- prepare, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documents
- organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial materials
- assist attorneys with legal research and document preparation
- manage e-filing across court portals and track filing deadlines
- schedule appointments, depositions, and court dates, keeping calendars current
- maintain and update case management systems with accurate, current information
- handle client communications and provide administrative support as needed

what we're looking for:

- required: prior experience at a u.s. law firm or u.s.-based legal company
- solid understanding of litigation procedures and civil court processes




- comfortable in case management systems
- e-filing portal experience is a plus
- u.s. law experience background strongly preferred
- bilingual in english and spanish (c1 english or higher)
- strong writing, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- available to work u.s. business hours
