key responsibilities

- drive the execution of business development strategies and sales initiatives to achieve growth objectives.
- build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- identify new business opportunities and develop account growth strategies.
- represent evonik at customer meetings, industry events, and trade associations.
- deliver customized product and service solutions aligned with customer needs.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

qualifications & experience

- bachelor's degree required.
- proven experience in business development, sales, key account management, or related commercial roles.
- experience leading projects, initiatives, or teams to achieve business objectives.
- strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills.
- ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- experience in chemicals, specialty chemicals, industrial solutions, or related industries is highly valued.
