Cazzy Games is building a reactive, culture-driven social media machine across multiple markets simultaneously:

- Mexico, Chile, Peru (LATAM)
- Canada

We combine real-time sports, crypto volatility, casino entertainment, and smart compliance to dominate organic reach and drive real conversions.

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who seamlessly shifts between:

- LATAM humor
- Canadian neutrality
- German precision
- And a universal internet tone of voice

What You’ll Do

- Daily reactive content creation: memes, reels, short videos, and sports reactions
- React to live sporting moments (Football, cricket, basketball, et cetera)
- Produce content in Neutral Digital Spanish for LATAM
- Produce content in English for Canada
- Produce content in English or German for Germany (German is a plus)
- Hijack viral traffic by engaging with major crypto accounts, sports pages, and influencers
- Activate the community through polls, questions, humor, and sports predictions
- Create imaginative promotions: free spins, flash codes, and incentives
- Work within strict compliance guidelines for all target geos
- Manage weekly planning + daily execution

Who You Are

- Fluent in Spanish (LATAM style)
- Fluent in English
- German language skills are a major plus
- You live and breathe crypto memes, sports chaos, football culture, and casino humor
- You are fast:



you publish within minutes of a trend emerging
- You understand the psychology of bettors, traders, and degen communities
- You can effortlessly bridge LATAM humor and EU/NA professionalism
- You have hands-on experience with reels, memes, Tik Tok formats, X shitposting, or crypto communities
- You can balance strategic thinking with daily content production
- You understand responsible gaming, bonus regulations, compliance, and geo-restrictions

What You’ll Deliver

- Create a minimum of 3 pieces of content per day
- Reactive content is a must: you actively capitalize on real-time trends
- Preferably, you can produce content independently, but you will also have access to an in-house designer when needed
- Deliver geo-tailored content
