The Senior Director, Operations Transformation is accountable for **designing, starting up, stabilizing and institutionalizing a next-generation manufacturing operation** through the greenfield start-up of Coca-Cola's Tlaxcala, Mexico CPS facility. This role serves as the **operations architect** for the site embedding CPS discipline, Industry 5.0, digital and AI capabilities, and high-performance culture into the factory from inception through steady-state operations. As a core member of the leadership team, the role ensures the facility launches **on time, per standards, and at top-quartile performance** , while establishing a scalable model for the broader network. **What You'll Do for Us** **Set the Operations Transformation Agenda** + Define and own the **long-term operational vision and performance ambition** for the new site at Tlaxcala, aligned with Supply Chain strategy and business growth plans. + Benchmark against internal and external leaders to position the site as a **system benchmark for manufacturing excellence** . **Embed Excellence into Design & Execution** + Act as the **single point of accountability for operational readiness** , influencing capex, design, and technology decisions from the earliest project phases. Translate operational strategy into **URS and design requirements** , integrating CPS safety, quality, environmental, digital, and automation standards. + Position the site as a **CPS-GDI and Industry 5.0 innovation platform** , enabling rapid adoption and replication across the network. + Ensure the factory is designed to deliver **right-first-time performance** minimizing risk at start-up and accelerating value realization. **Lead Digital, AI & Innovation Enablement** + Sponsor and scale **digital, AI-enabled, and data-driven manufacturing capabilities** across, production, warehousing, quality, and maintenance. + Drive structural simplification and innovation to unlock **COGS,
productivity, and quality improvements** . **Deliver Vertical Start-Up & Stability** + Own end-to-end accountability for **commissioning, qualification, vertical start-up, and certification** . + Deliver a disciplined start-up that meets commitments for **safety, quality, service, cost, and ramp-up speed** . + Ensure a seamless transition from project to operations, including governance, Manufacturing Dossier completion, and performance stabilization. **Build Leadership Capability & Culture** + Build and develop the site leadership and operations organization in partnership with People & Culture team. + Establish a **high-performance, CPS-centric culture** grounded in safety, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. + Model enterprise leadership behaviors and serve as a **visible change leader** through transformation. **Qualifications & Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred). + **10-15+ years** of senior manufacturing leadership experience, including **greenfield and/or brownfield start-ups** . + Proven track record leading **operations transformation, vertical start-ups, and sustained performance improvement** . + Deep expertise in CPS/TPM, operational excellence, and modern manufacturing systems. + Strong strategic, analytical, and influencing capabilities across complex, matrixed organizations. + Credibility with senior leaders and the ability to translate strategy into execution. **What We Can Do for You** + Provide a **high-visibility,
