Partner Strategy & Business Planning
• Co-own the Partner Business Plan (PBP) with each assigned partner, translating
Microsoft's general strategy into a multi-year revenue ambition with quarterly




Quality execution with partner investments — sales and GTM, technical readiness,
business reviews) and deliver high-quality Partner Briefs to internal and partner
renewals, and MCEM stage progression
• recapture, new customer acquisition, compete win-backs, and dark-to-cloud
Business Excellence & Execution Hygiene
• Commercial fluency: ability to connect revenue impact of investments, and tie
