Café GILA is a growing coffee and hospitality brand built on quality, creativity, and real connection with our guests and community. And we're just getting started: our next chapter means scaling GILA beyond Mexico, into the U.S. and Canada.

The role

As Head of Marketing, you'll own the strategy that takes GILA there. Brand positioning, campaigns, digital presence, in-store experience, community activations, all of it runs through you. You'll dig into customer data and market research to know exactly what our guests want, work hand-in-hand with Operations and Sales to turn strategy into revenue, and lead the content and social media engine that makes GILA impossible to scroll past.

This is a builder's role, not a maintenance job,



and as GILA grows across Mexico, the U.S., and Canada, so does this position. The right person has real potential to grow into leading marketing for the brand across all three markets.

What you bring

A genuine passion for coffee, you drink it, you love it, you get it

Strong background in market planning, brand management, and campaign strategy

Real expertise in social media and digital brand building

Sharp market research skills, you read customer behavior and local trends fast

Experience aligning marketing with sales to actually drive conversion

PR instincts , you know how to protect and grow a brand's reputation

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience

Fluent in English and Spanish, with a feel for the Coffee market
