Perfil buscado

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.

1. 7 years of experience in IT support or service delivery; leadership experience.

Experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, and project management methodologies, supporting manufacturing sites.

Strong knowledge of ITIL, service management, and enterprise IT systems, including Microsoft technologies.

Experience working in manufacturing or regulated environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
