POSITION SUMMARY The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of CVG’s Human Resources Information System. This role ensures data integrity, delivers accurate reporting and analytics, supports HR operational processes within the system, and partners cross‑functionally to maintain efficient, compliant, and scalable HR systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES System Administration & Data Integrity Support day‑to‑day administration of the HRIS including employee data maintenance, system configuration updates, and user access management; support HR processes within the system including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, compensation updates, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, reconciliations, and validation checks across HR, payroll, and benefits systems; assist with compliance reporting and audits by ensuring accurate and timely data submission.
Maintain and update system workflows, business rules, and process documentation to improve efficiency and accuracy; identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR systems.
Reporting, Analytics & User Support Manage HR reporting and analytics including development of standard reports, ad hoc reporting, and support for leadership data requests; interpret and translate workforce data into actionable insights.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS inquiries; troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with IT or vendors as needed; partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to support system integrations, upgrades, testing, and implementation of enhancements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems,
or a related field; or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, payroll systems, or a related analytical role.
Strong HR systems and data management skills; analytical mindset with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate it into actionable insights.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy; effective cross‑functional communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or testing activities.
A detail‑oriented, process‑driven professional with a continuous improvement mindset who takes pride in data accuracy, communicates clearly across teams, and is energized by building efficient HR systems that support a general workforce.
