Position Overview

Senior Project Manager (Level 10) leads large, complex projects or programs with significant cross-functional and regional impact, translating strategic priorities into integrated delivery plans that drive measurable business outcomes. This senior resource will act as a generalist to drive delivery from all project workstreams including Deployment, Process, Data, Product, Change, Business, and others.

This role is accountable for project success, benefits realization, governance discipline, risk-based decision making, and stakeholder alignment. The Senior Project Manager owns major delivery decisions within approved tolerances, manages escalations and recovery plans, coaches project managers, and serves as a principal escalation point before steering committee review. This role will require working from one of our locations based on business needs for critical activities on the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

Project Execution & Coordination

- Lead large, complex projects or programs with multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, and regional or cross-functional impact
- Manage delivery approach, milestones, governance cadence, dependencies, and integrated plans to achieve strategic business objectives
- Drive delivery integration across workstreams, functions, and markets to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution discipline

Governance & Reporting

- Enforce PMO governance, quality standards, and control requirements across assigned projects or portfolios
- Lead benefits realization planning by defining measurable outcomes, tracking value delivery,



and ensuring benefits ownership is clear
- Chair delivery reviews and ensure decision logs, risk registers, status reports, and governance materials support timely executive decisions

Risk, Escalation, Recovery Management, and Tools

- Apply risk-based decision making to identify delivery threats, evaluate options, and recommend timely corrective actions
- Own escalations, recovery plans, and issue resolution before steering committee engagement, escalating only major portfolio-level trade-offs or high-impact budget requests.
- Support the re-scope with PMO within agreed tolerances across workstreams within approved limits to protect delivery outcomes
- Ensures all content related to their initiatives is properly documented within the system, ensuring minimal requirements for the content

Stakeholder Management

- Manage senior stakeholders, sponsors, and senior governance forums with clear communication, proactive alignment, and disciplined follow-through
- Translate strategy into executable delivery plans, helping sponsors understand trade-offs, risks, decisions, and enterprise impact
- Influence cross-functional teams and leaders to resolve competing priorities, remove barriers, and sustain commitment to project outcomes

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, technology, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, transformation, operations, or related roles
- Proven experience leading large, complex projects or programs with multi-stakeholder, cross-functional, and regional impact

Functional Skills

- Advanced project and program management skills, including integrated planning, governance, value realization, risk management,



and issue resolution
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity, evaluate delivery trade-offs, and make risk-based decisions within approved tolerances
- Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, resources, vendors, and workstream dependencies across complex initiatives
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to prepare clear governance materials and decision recommendations
- Ability to apply advanced delivery methods and adapt PMO standards to project complexity while maintaining quality and control

Leadership Competencies

- Lead and coach multiple project teams or project managers, building delivery capability and reinforcing PMO standards
- Operate as a senior delivery leader who integrates workstreams, aligns stakeholders, and drives accountability across functions
- Demonstrate strong judgment by resolving complex delivery challenges, managing escalations, and protecting business value
- Contribute to capability building by sharing best practices, improving governance routines, and mentoring less experienced PMs
