Cluster Marketing Lead LATAM

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing leader to drive the innovative portfolio across a multi-country LATAM cluster. The role will translate global strategy into regional and local execution, strengthen marketing capabilities, and improve launch readiness and commercial performance across the cluster.

The successful candidate will be a strategic, commercially minded leader with strong innovative pharma experience who can influence across countries, work closely with Global Marketing and Market Access, and bring structure to a newly established cluster model.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the innovative portfolio strategy across a multi-country LATAM cluster
- Translate global marketing and business strategy into regional and local plans
- Assess and strengthen marketing capabilities across the region
- Drive portfolio performance, ROI, market share and investment decisions
- Lead launch readiness and ensure successful localisation of global launch strategies
- Coordinate pre-launch and launch activities across Marketing, Medical, Market Access and other functions
- Support lifecycle management, evidence generation and future portfolio opportunities
- Provide regional insight into HTA, pricing, healthcare systems and market access considerations
- Partner closely with Global Marketing and challenge global strategies where local market insight requires adaptation
- Develop and strengthen marketing excellence and launch capabilities across the cluster
- Lead, coach and develop Brand Managers across multiple countries
- Build alignment between country teams and the wider regional/integral organisation




- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across Global, Cluster and local markets
- Drive consistency and best practice across countries while allowing for local market differences

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years' experience in innovative pharmaceutical marketing
- Strong strategic marketing and commercial leadership background
- Experience working across multiple LATAM markets or another complex regional environment
- Strong experience in Women’s Health and/or CNS preferred
- Proven experience leading significant product launches from the ground up
- Strong Market Access/HTA exposure
- Experience working with global and local stakeholders
- Strong project management and change leadership capability
- Excellent English and strong business communication skills
- Mexico-based candidates preferred, although strong LATAM-based candidates will be considered

Desirable Experience

- LATAM regional experience, particularly Mexico, Brazil or Colombia
- Health economics/value-based marketing
- Evidence generation/RWE
- Experience within a global pharmaceutical organisation
- Experience building or transforming marketing functions
