We are looking for a Cost Specialist to optimize financial efficiency through cost control and analysis, ensuring company profitability through the proper execution of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost and accounts receivable analysis and management.- Monthly financial close with a focus on inventory and costs.- Support the Controllership team with inventory, cost, revaluation, and annual plan reports.- Product costing and transfer pricing determination.- Cost analysis for new products in coordination with Engineering.- Evaluation of production process costs and proposal of cost-reduction actions.- Inventory management and control,



including cost variance analysis.- Cost allocation and analysis for corporate reporting and variance explanations.- Customer portfolio management and issuance of account statements.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.- 2+ years of experience in Cost Accounting.- Manufacturing industry experience (maquiladora experience preferred).- Knowledge of accounting principles (MX GAAP and US GAAP).- Experience with ERP systems (SAP and Oracle preferred) and spreadsheets.- Intermediate English level.- Ability to build financial models and manage projects and costs.- Basic knowledge of economic principles.
