We are looking for a talented and experiencedAccount Managerto join our growing team. As an Account Manager for Podify, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, and you will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction with and services. You will collaborate with our own production team to create exceptional podcast and social media content to help generate awareness, grow a following, and expand the community for our clients. Managing multiple clients/projects and ensuring client satisfactionCollaborating and providing a clear brief to our production team (design, video, audio, and copywriting) to ensure client deliverables are met and done on timeMonitor, track, analyze, and report on the performance of our client's platformsOverall planning and management of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube)Liaise with clients via email, WhatsApp or Slack on a daily basis and through occasional scheduled zoom callsWrite content for social media platforms, newsletters,



etc.Review assets created by our production team to ensure quality and provide clear instructions for any possible revisionsProven experience in account management, client management, or any related roleExperience and knowledge in social media marketingAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneouslyExperience working with podcast hosting platforms and project management tools is a huge plusStrong grasp of the English language and a knowledge of American English both written and verbalFull-time, 40-hours per weekPodify is a media services and technology company that specializes in the production and promotion of podcasts. We work with podcasters to provide audio & video editing, web development, writing, marketing, and social media management.
