Maintenance & Facilities Manager

This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical expertise in maintenance and facilities management, capable of driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the reliability of both production equipment and plant infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead maintenance and facilities teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Proven experience driving MRO optimization initiatives, improving spare parts availability, inventory accuracy, and cost control while supporting equipment reliability.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Oversee facility infrastructure, utilities, and non-production support equipment.




- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage external contractors, service providers, maintenance budgets, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead emergency response activities and support facility safety and security programs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance background.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- 5-10 years of maintenance leadership experience
- English Advantage .
