Freight Broker Are you experienced in closing deals, negotiating rates, and managing shipments from start to finish? Join our team as a Freight Broker and take ownership of the complete brokerage cycle. We are looking for a results-driven professional who combines business development, client management, carrier negotiation, and shipment execution in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Prospect and build strong relationships with clients. Manage customer accounts and understand their shipping needs. Negotiate rates with carriers and secure reliable capacity. Coordinate shipments from pricing through final delivery. Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and carriers. Monitor margins and ensure profitable load execution. Manage multiple shipments and priorities effectively. Qualifications ~2+ years of experience in a freight brokerage environment.



~ An active book of business. ~ Established industry relationships with clients and/or carriers. ~ Experience in client management or business development. ~ Experience coordinating carriers and executing shipments. ~ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ~ Commercial mindset with a strong focus on growth and results. ~ Advanced English proficiency, comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients.
