About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect with a strong technical background in retail, Food & Beverage (F&B;), hospitality, and commercial projects .

The adecuado candidate should be comfortable working across different project types, including restaurants, cafés, multi-location rollouts, retail stores, and high-end environments . This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on construction documentation, technical coordination, and project delivery .

Candidates should be highly proficient in AutoCAD , capable of independently developing and reviewing construction document sets, and experienced in coordinating directly with clients, landlords, vendors, engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders .

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and coordinate architectural projects from design development through construction and final delivery .
- Prepare, develop, and review complete construction document packages , primarily in AutoCAD.
- Coordinate architecture with MEP, structural, lighting, kitchen, and specialty consultants .
- Coordinate directly with clients, landlords, engineers, vendors, contractors, and consultants , ensuring required information and deliverables are properly followed up.
- Review and coordinate landlord criteria, base-building information, site conditions, and vendor requirements .
- Coordinate F&B; requirements, including kitchen equipment, HVAC and exhaust, plumbing and drainage, electrical requirements, gas systems, and back-of-house areas .
- Review consultant drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical,



coordination, and constructability issues throughout the project.
- Adapt international design standards and prototype packages to local site conditions, codes, and construction requirements .
- Support construction administration, consultant coordination, and site visits as required.
- Manage multiple projects, consultants, deliverables, and deadlines with limited supervision.

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience , preferably in retail, F&B;, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency and strong construction documentation skills.
- Proven experience independently developing and coordinating construction document sets .
- Strong experience coordinating directly with MEP engineers and multidisciplinary consultants .
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and specifications.
- Experience coordinating with clients, landlords, vendors, engineers, and contractors .
- Experience with multi-location, rollout, prototype, or fast-track projects is highly desirable.
- Restaurant and commercial kitchen coordination experience is a plus.
- Revit proficiency is desirable.
- Advanced English communication skills , both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, organization, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability for occasional travel within Mexico.
