About Orange Trail Orange Trail is an advertising infrastructure agency helping direct advertisers and agencies scale with more stability across major advertising platforms. We work with high-spending advertisers across industries such as fashion, technology, health & beauty, and other performance-driven niches. Our clients rely on us to help reduce disruption from platform restrictions, improve account stability, and support continued growth. We are now hiring a Business Development Specialist to help us generate new opportunities, build relationships, and grow our client base globally. The Role You will be responsible for finding, engaging, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients and partners for Orange Trail. This is a hands-on business development role. You will be expected to actively prospect across channels, start conversations, identify opportunities, and help move qualified leads through the pipeline. You will initially focus on lead generation, outbound messaging, appointment setting, follow-up, and qualification. As you prove your performance and gain deeper product knowledge, you will also begin to take closing calls. This role requires a high level of autonomy. We will provide training, direction, and support, but you should be comfortable taking ownership of your work without constant supervision. Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential clients through Facebook groups, forums, LinkedIn,



email, communities, networking, and other relevant channels Reach out to qualified leads through outbound DMs, emails, and other direct channels Book qualified sales calls for the team Follow up with existing leads and nurture opportunities in the pipeline Qualify prospects based on their business model, ad spend, advertising challenges, and fit for our services Maintain clean and organized pipeline activity inside HubSpot Build relationships with potential referral partners and agencies Learn our offer deeply and understand the common advertising problems our prospects face Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities where relevant Progress into taking and closing sales calls What We’re Looking For Strong sales hunger and a performance-driven mindset Excellent written and spoken English Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally Strong presence and confidence when speaking with prospects Self-starter attitude with strong ownership over results Highly autonomous and able to manage your own day without constant supervision Organized, process-oriented, and consistent with follow-up Comfortable doing high-volume outbound prospecting Able to figure things out independently, ask smart questions when needed, and keep moving without waiting for step-by-step instructions Curious about paid advertising, online business,



and growth marketing Willing to learn quickly and improve based on feedback A problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative Preferred Experience Previous experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, or outbound prospecting Previous experience closing deals is a strong advantage Experience with paid ads, media buying, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, agencies, or performance marketing Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Google Docs, and similar platforms Ability to recognize common advertising issues prospects may be facing Experience upselling or cross-selling services is a plus What You Get Base pay plus uncapped commission on deals you bring in Remote work flexibility Opportunity to grow into a larger sales and closing role Direct exposure to high-level advertisers and agency owners A meritocratic environment where performance is recognized and rewarded Training, support, and a clear path to increase your responsibility over time Requirements You must be available 30–40 hours per week You must be able to communicate fluently in English You must be able to show examples of previous sales, outreach, lead generation, or business development work Paid advertising knowledge, experience, or understanding is a must Applications must be submitted in English **How to Apply** Please send us a short Loom video of up to 1 minute giving us your elevator pitch on why we should invite you to a first-round interview .
