CHEP is seeking a Director Human Resources LATAM to serve as the senior HR leader for the region, partnering with executive business leaders to drive a high-impact people strategy across multiple countries and diverse workforce populations. This role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes, strengthen organizational capability, and lead meaningful transformation across a complex, multinational environment.

What You'll Do

As a trusted advisor to regional leadership, you will:

- Lead and execute the people strategy for Latin America, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent priorities.
- Partner with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
- Drive organizational transformation and change initiatives, helping leaders navigate complexity and build future-ready teams.
- Champion modern HR practices, process optimization, and technology adoption to improve the employee and leader experience.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team while fostering collaboration across enterprise HR functions and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, labor matters, governance, and risk management across the region.





We're interested in experienced HR executives who bring:

- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in complex, multinational organizations.
- Proven success partnering with senior executives and influencing business strategy.
- Deep expertise in organizational design, transformation, talent strategy, and change leadership.
- Experience supporting both corporate and operational workforce environments.
- A track record of building high-performing teams and elevating organizational capability.
- Strong experience operating within matrixed integral organizations and partnering across centers of expertise and shared services.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
