REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES

- Escolaridad: Diversificado completo
- Experiencia:
- De 2 a 3 años de experiencia en igualación y mezcla de pintura automotriz.
- Experiencia en preparación y aplicación de productos de repintado automotriz.
- Manejo de procesos de formulación y ajuste de color.

- Conocimientos técnicos:
- Conocimiento en herramientas y sistemas de color.
- Habilidad numérica para realizar cálculos y ajustes de fórmulas.
- Interpretación de fichas técnicas y hojas de seguridad.
- Conocimiento en aplicación de productos automotrices y técnicas de repintado.
- Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo estándares y procedimientos establecidos.
