We are seeking a skilled Test Equipment Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting test equipment and fixtures, analyzing defects, and ensuring consistent and accurate test results. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on technical experience, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on testing equipment and fixtures.
- Diagnose and redirect line faults to ensure minimal production downtime.
- Capture and analyze defect data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure testing equipment maintains repeatability and accuracy of readings.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes and equipment reliability.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and test results.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Follow safety and quality standards during all testing and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

- Technical or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in a production test technician, product tester, or similar role.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.




- Familiarity with industry-specific testing equipment and software.
- Knowledge of maintenance and storage procedures for testing equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), including GR&R; and CpK.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
