Key Responsibilities
Maintain, improve, and support the Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate document control and change management processes.
Plan, execute, and support internal, external, and customer audits.
Lead corrective and preventive action (RCCA/8 D) activities and verify their effectiveness.
Coordinate management review meetings and follow up on action plans.
Support the implementation of integral quality initiatives and best practices.
Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and customer requirements.
Develop and deliver QMS-related training across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality system effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree.
2–3 years of experience managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).




Experience planning and coordinating internal, external, and customer audits.
Knowledge of document control and quality system administration.
Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Conversational English.
Preferred Qualifications
ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead Auditor certification.
VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor certification.
Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).
Experience with 8 D, RCCA, Six Sigma, or other problem-solving methodologies.
