We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our BAO Technical Operations team. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong technical background with expertise in Azure Dev Ops, SQL, Kubernetes, and troubleshooting operational & user issues. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in IT technical operations or a similar role. Demonstrated experience in scripting, cloud services, and development methodologies. Skills Profile:
Proficiency in SQL querying language for database management and reporting. Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and its microservices. Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as Data Dog, Splunk, App Insights & Log Analytics Handson experience with Azure Dev Ops for continuous integration and deployment. Understanding of pipeline creation and management is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross functional teams.



Proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Dev Ops) are a plus. Strong expertise in Power Shell scripting for automation and task orchestration. SQL & Power Shell scripting is ideal, experience with Datadog or Splunk is a plus. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions in alignment with business objectives. Troubleshoot issues with Kubernetes via kubectl and/or management tools such as Rafay or Docker. Develop and maintain SQL scripts for database management, data manipulation, and reporting purposes. Utilize Data Dog for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance and resource utilization. Advise on monitoring, and work with the team to enhance existing monitoring to improve our ability to respond to issues. Analyze logs and metrics using Datadog, Splunk, or native tools to identify and address potential issues proactively. Implement best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and delivery using Azure Dev Ops.
