Provide Host Support – Deliver real-time chat assistance to hosts for access, cleaning, shopping, and trust & safety issues, ensuring quick resolution and positive host experiences.
Manage Financial and PEX Tasks – Activate and fund PEX cards, process reimbursements, and ensure autopay and high-value transactions are correctly managed.
Oversee Scheduling & Escalations – Reschedule or release jobs as needed, flag critical issues to the Field Operations (FOPS) team, and ensure timely resolution of move-in or maintenance concerns.
Handle Utility Deinstalls – Coordinate utility disconnections and equipment returns for power, water, gas, internet, and rented appliances.
Manage Property Access – Generate and maintain digital access credentials (Latch, Key Cafe, Key Nest), support activation of locks and cards, and assist with troubleshooting.
Conduct Audits & Ensure Compliance – Perform regular audits of utility accounts, autopay settings, and property fees to maintain accuracy and compliance.
