ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will play a critical role in shaping a cloud-based platform that is redefining how life insurance products are built, delivered, and experienced digitally. You’ll influence core product evolution, balancing front-end excellence with scalable backend design in a remote, agile environment. This role offers high ownership, close collaboration with product leadership, and the chance to grow within a mission-driven, fast-evolving engineering team using modern full stack practices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work on the development of features that optimize main products and platform;
Build production quality software that will be part of core products and platform;
Work in an agile team closely collaborating with other software engineers and a product manager;
Work in a remote environment.
MUST HAVES
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
;




6+ years of experience writing production-quality code , ideally on core software product development (not only professional services or implementation projects);
Solid experience with back end frameworks (
Node JS, Golang,. NET OR Java
);
Familiarity with
Type Script
;
Front-end experience with Java Script Frameworks (
React, Angular OR Vue
);
Experience working with relational databases such as
My SQL, Oracle or Postgres
;
Experience working with 3rd party software integrations (
REST APIs, XML, JSON
);
Experience with Cloud services, caching, containers, App Servers (
AWS, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes
etc.);
Experience with
Test Driven Development
;
Flexibility to work with a strong overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours ;
Upper-intermediate English level
.
