We’re hiring | Fleet Consultant / B2 B Key Accountant (Mexico City)
At Changan México, we’re growing our commercial fleet business and looking for a Fleet Consultant (ICE & New Energy) to join our Sales team.
This role is for someone with a strong commercial mindset and an active client portfolio, capable of selling vehicle fleets to companies and building long-term business relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Drive fleet sales (ICE & New Energy vehicles) in your assigned region - Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and key accounts - Identify business opportunities and generate proposals, quotations, and negotiations - Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → closing → follow-up - Coordinate test drives, demos,



and client visits - Maintain an updated pipeline and CRM discipline - Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in fleet sales / B2 B automotive sales - Strong client portfolio: this is key - Experience with leasing, corporate sales, or procurement processes - Solid understanding of TCO, cost analysis, and proposal building - Advanced English - CRM management and pipeline tracking - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Willingness to travel
