We’re Hiring: Senior Tech Recruiter | Remote – Mexico

At One Call , we’re looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and help us identify and attract top technology talent across Mexico.

Remote – Mexico only

Candidates must currently reside in Mexico

100% Remote

What we’re looking for:

4+ years of experience in Technology Recruiting / Talent Acquisition

Proven experience recruiting technical profiles , such as Software Engineers, Developers, Cloud, Dev Ops, Data, Infrastructure, and other IT roles

Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment , from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer management

Strong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to talent identification

Experience using platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, and other sourcing channels

Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining a high level of candidate experience

English proficiency – comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders in English

Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented

A genuine interest in technology, talent, and continuous learning





What you’ll do:

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define effective recruiting strategies

Proactively source and engage qualified technology professionals

Conduct candidate screening and assess technical experience, motivation, and overall fit

Manage multiple positions throughout the recruitment process

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting insights to stakeholders

Contribute to improving sourcing strategies, processes, and recruiting initiatives
