Endur Senior Product Manager Virtualent About the role: As a
Senior Product Manager , you’ll be the go-to advisor for clients, guiding the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for key digital products. You’ll work closely with business leaders across commodities like
Power, Gas, Environmental Products
or functional areas like
front, middle, or back office.
You’ll dive deep into the client’s business, understand their challenges, and deliver meaningful, iterative solutions that create real value.
What you’ll do:
Partner with clients, strategists, experience leads, and architects to shape product propositions that deliver transformative business outcomes
Develop product vision, strategy, and user research with a customer-first mindset, using design thinking tools
Lead ideation workshops, identifying customer needs, pain points, and solution options
Build and validate solution hypotheses through user research and market analysis
Map customer journeys to inform product development and test them with real users
Translate vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap that turns ideas into real results
What we’re looking for:
Solid experience with
Open Link Endur V16+
Understanding of
Market Managers in Endur
Strong knowledge of
Crude & Refined products
business




Deep experience in
energy trading and risk management
(with focus on Oil trading and scheduling)
Excellent grasp of derivatives (Futures, Swaps, Options) in US and Europe markets
Hands‑on experience with
Deal Modelling, C‑motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, reporting
P&L;, exposure reports, and simulations
Stakeholder management skills—able to communicate and manage expectations across levels
Experience coaching and mentoring teams
Creative thinker who brings fresh solutions to the table
Nice‑to‑haves:
Ability to turn business needs into functional requirements, solution designs, and test plans
Experience working with Traders, Operations, and Market Risk teams for new product setups
Comfortable working with offshore teams
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Training delivery and process guide preparation
Bonus points if you have:
Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
