Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate last-mile delivery projects and daily operations. 2. Manage day-to-day operational activities. 3. Foster a strong sense of accountability and build a high-performing team. 4. Collaborate closely with sorting center, line haul/mid-mile teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and performance. 5. Develop strategic plans to optimize the cost structure of last-mile operations. 6. Guide the team toward achieving top-tier service level agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous operational improvements. 7. Oversee all vendors and partners.
