Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment of qualified suppliers and last-mile delivery partners. - Provide training on delivery processes and ensure that drivers have the necessary knowledge and tools. - Ensure that suppliers comply with the legal and regulatory documentation and requirements for last mile delivery. - Budget management: for recruitment and onboarding activities to minimize costs and maintain quality standards. - Act as a liaison between departments, fostering collaboration. - Identify areas for improvement in recruitment and onboarding processes.
