We are seeking a detail-oriented social media associate to support the planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of organic social media across multiple markets. This role will manage social calendars, intake requests, platform publishing, YouTube operations, employee advocacy support, tagging and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across teams, markets and time zones and committed to accuracy, clear communication and consistent execution against integral social media standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and quality-check social intake requests to ensure required copy, creative, links, tracking, approvals and posting details are complete.
- Schedule, publish and monitor organic social posts across approved platforms and markets.
- Assist with paid social execution and reporting.
- Maintain social calendars and flag conflicts, timing risks or priority changes.
- Support YouTube uploads, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, playlists, embed codes and performance reporting.
- Build and validate UTM parameters and other tracking requirements.
- Support recurring social reporting by organizing platform data, checking data accuracy and identifying basic performance trends.
- Assist with employee advocacy platform execution, reporting and content coordination.
- Ensure social posts comply with established social media standards, templates,



brand guidelines and channel best practices.
- Maintain competitive examples and platform best practices to support social planning.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social channels
- Experience working with global or multi-market teams and working across time zones
- Experience posting, monitoring and reporting on social media natively across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube)
- Experience using social media management platforms (Hootsuite preferred but not required) and employee advocacy platforms.
- Basic understanding of social reporting platforms and performance metrics
- Strong attention, analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across multiple teams and countries
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiently in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other digital marketing channels
- Experience with Click-Up, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics (or another CRM platform) and Demandbase (or another ABM platform)
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
