***What You'll Do**:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation- Conduct technical interviews to assess skill fit and client alignment- Partner closely with tech clients and hiring managers to understand evolving role requirements- Suggest and implement improvements to streamline recruiting workflows and boost hiring success***What We're Looking For**:- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume staffing environment- Proven experience working with tech clients and conducting technical interviews- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, remote work setting- Availability to work PST or EST hours (must be adaptable to overlap with PST a few days per week)***You Might Be a Great Fit If You**:- Thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments and love solving hiring challenges- Enjoy working independently while collaborating with diverse teams across time zones
