**Internal Technical Recruiter**Remote | EST/PST Hours | Full-Time | Engineering, Product & Data Hiring***What You'll Be Doing**:- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and data- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills and team fit- Source passive talent using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern platforms- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve speed, quality, and experience***What You Bring**:- 2-3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (in-house or agency)- Proven ability to assess technical talent across engineering, data, or product domains- Strong organizational and communication skills—verbal, written, and async- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar- Available to work core EST hours with flexibility for cross-time-zone collaboration***Bonus If You Have**:- Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams- A process-focused mindset with a drive to streamline and improve hiring workflows- Familiarity with hiring for fast-scaling tech companies or startups
