We are seeking a competent **Senior Golang/Python Developer** to design and improve internal client products aimed at enhancing developer productivity across engineering teams.
**Responsibilities**- Design high-quality backend solutions with Go and Python- Collaborate with engineering teams to build tools that improve developer workflows and productivity- Address complex technical problems through innovative and scalable solutions- Use Git to ensure effective version control and maintain code quality through collaborative workflows- Enhance efficiency and performance by optimizing existing systems and processes- Implement integration approaches, including APIs, microservices, and web services- Maintain product quality through rigorous code reviews- Clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical team members- Document software design, implementation, and maintenance activities**Requirements**:- Proficiency in Go and Python with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience- Strong familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration- Background in creating internal tools or platforms that improve developer velocity- Skills in software development, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning- Effective communication and collaboration abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts**Nice to have**- Knowledge of AI/ML platforms and related tools- Background in prompt engineering or eagerness to acquire it- Expertise in integration technologies like APIs, web services,
