Position SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized People Analyst / Coordinator to join our growing People Team.This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the full scope of HR functions and contribute to a positive employee experience.In this role, you'll provide hands-on support for many day-to-day administrative tasks while gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle.You'll play a key role in supporting our global team across the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.What you'll do:- Support **core HR processes** globally — onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and more- Maintain **employee records and HRIS systems** to ensure data accuracy and compliance- Assist with **benefits administration** and respond to employee questions- Prepare **dashboards and reports** using data from various HR systems- Help ensure **compliance** with audits, documentation, and regulatory tracking- Document and improve internal **People processes and procedures**:- Coordinate logistics for **integral trainings, surveys,



and People programs**:- Collaborate closely with People Team members across **multiple countries and time zones**:- Provide general office support: event coordination, supply orders, and managing visitors- Jump into other projects and tasks as needed — we value flexibility and curiosity!
