**We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team.This role will be pivotal in translating business needs into actionable insights through the developmenta plus.
**Responsibilities**:Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirementsDesign, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards that are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectivesEnsure dashboards effectively communicate key insights and support decision-makingManage the intake process for new reporting requests, prioritizing and coordinating deliverablesAct as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI solutionsProvide occasional troubleshooting and support for Tableau dashboards and reports, when neededContinuously seek improvements in UI/UX design and report functionality to enhance user experience**Requirements**:Proven experience in Business Analysis,



with strong ability to gather and document detailed business requirementsExpertise in Tableau UI/UX design—creating visually compelling and easy-to-navigate dashboardsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentConduct independent analysis across systems like Eagle, Trino, etc., to understand data sources and flowStrong understanding of investment management and related reporting workflowsExperience with Tableau and SQL (must-have)Comfortable documenting work in Confluence and assisting with production support when neededExperience in product management, product ownership, or project coordination related to BI deliveryFamiliarity with Tableau support and troubleshooting (preferred but not mandatory)Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written**Job Type**: ContractWork Location: Hybrid remote in *****, Observatorio, Jal.
