**Your Role**:- Handle client calls and provide clear case updates- Support attorneys by scheduling appointments- Help prepare and organize legal documents- Keep accurate records and follow-ups**What We're Looking For**:- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level)- Living in or near Guadalajara- Minimum 6 months of phone-based customer service experience- Comfortable with Microsoft Office- High school graduate or some university**What You'll Get**:- Salary:
