**Your Day-to-Day**- Answer calls from U.S. clients in English and Spanish.
- Share case updates with professionalism and empathy.
- Help keep client records organized and up to date.
- Support the legal team by tracking documents and case progress.
**You're a Good Fit If You**- Speak and write **fluent English and Spanish**.
- Have experience helping customers by phone (idóneo, but not required).
- Are responsible, friendly, and detail-oriented.
