This role contributes directly to costcontrol, renewal optimization, and procurement governance across global teams (US, LATAM,EMEA).




YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIESProcurement Analysis & Intake ValidationII.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIESThoroughly review all internal requirements before processing any purchase request, includingapprovals, clear business justifications, correct cost center or project codes, and properdocumentationValidate technical and commercial aspects of the request, and challengestakeholders when requirements are unclear or incompleteEnsure alignment with category strategy, contract terms, and renewal timelinesAnalyze quotes, recurring cost structures, and identify potential savingsopportunitiesContract ManagementMaintain listing of 3rd Party Contractors and Expiration datesWork with resource managers to confirm whether extensions are requiredCoordinate extension paperwork with sourcing groupReview all newly submitted and existing contracts to verify key terms such asstart/end dates, exit clauses, and financial commitmentsCollaborate closely with the Sourcing team and the vendor to ensure timely andcorrect release or renewal of contractsFlag any contractual risks or misalignments early and follow up to resolutionStakeholder Engagement & Communication / Process Optimization &ReportingCommunicate; effectively with multicultural teams (US, LATAM,
