We are seeking a **Field Service Engineer** to join our Cable Backplane Systems team.
**About the Role**:**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Serve as the primary technical contact for on-site support, installation, and maintenance of Amphenol products- Diagnose and resolve complex interconnect issues in the field, including signal transmission and mechanical fit- Provide post-sales service and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and sales teams to relay field feedback and drive continuous improvement- Deliver training and support to customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting- Document service activities, technical findings, and customer interactions- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide timely and effective service; this likely require significant travel on very little noticeExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology,
