**Vacante para la empresa KM Headhunters Mexico en Otay Industrial - Tijuana, Baja California**:The Production Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and controlservices are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget, meeting all qualityand safety standards.This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills,and a commitment to operational excellence.Essential**Responsibilities**:Production Planning and Management: Develop production schedulesand manage workflow to meet deadlines.Oversee the production processand address any issues.Resource Management: Determine and allocate resources like personnel,equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency.Manage budgets andcoordinate with supply chain departments.Quality Assurance and Control: Ensure adherence to quality controlstandards and monitor product output to meet quality expectations.Implement procedures to reduce defects.Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor productionstaff, conduct training and performance evaluations.Promote a safe andpositive work culture.Safety and Compliance:



Enforce health and safety regulations andcompany policies.Inspect the manufacturing floor and conduct safetytraining.Process Improvement and Reporting: Analyze data to identifyimprovement opportunities and use methodologies like lean manufacturing.Prepare reports for management.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's is a plus.Proven experience as a production manager or similar leadership role inmanufacturing.Knowledge of production management principles, quality standards, andsafety regulations.Proficiency with software like ERP systems and MS Office.Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
