- **What you will do**:- Responsibility- Work tasks and content:l Ensures timely and accurate processing of incoming payments; receives, verifies,and posts accounts receivable invoices into accounting system.l Interacts with Customer Sales Representative when processing a resolutionof account discrepancies.l Process ModelN creation and update requests.l Checks, validates and processes Ship and Debit claims and reclaims.l Process credit requests, reclaims, invoice extensions, inventory adjustment errors as requested.l Verifies budget monitoring, reclaims for customer accounts, inventory adjustment errors.l Monitors past dues for reporting to AR insurance.l Maintains accounting department files and records.l Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying,faxing, typing,



and mailing.l Assists with special accounting projects as needed.l Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
**- **What you will bring**:- Education Background/ Major- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one-year relatedexperience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience (Must)- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AR, GL or partial / full sets- Knowledge (Must)- OPERATING SOFTWARE USED:SAP HANASAP CONCURAbilities/Qualities- 10-key by touch.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Proficient and knowledge of word processing software and spreadsheet softwarebasic algebra.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.Skills/CertificationsFluent in English.
